   Shout out to Tina and Daniel for helping me with my shop on Wednesday, when I had hurt my back. They both were really considerate and didn't wait to be asked to help...Daniel was there to walk me and my groceries out...embarrassing Yes but I m so grateful...always shop local..thanks..

   I would like to raise a concern regarding the deli section in your store. On my recent visit, I found that staff were more focused on their phones than on serving customers. The food I purchased was very poor quality — the sausages tasted burnt and as if they had been cooked the day before and reheated, while the hash browns were so overcooked they could not be eaten. In addition, I noticed I was overcharged. On a positive note, I cannot fault one or two members of staff working on the tills in the main shop. They have lovely manners, are very friendly with customers, and always take time to engage with children, which is greatly appreciated. I hope these issues with the deli can be addressed, as it would make a big difference to the overall experience in your store.

   Deli staff obviously need more customer training. Felt rushed and under pressure, being served by one very nice lady whilst another male staff member is serving another 2 customers. Asking questions about the food and it’s obvious the member of staff is feeling very pressured by her silent, rude colleague who is all but pushing her out of the road. Not only that but I asked specifically for an item and the other guy again all but pushed her out of the road to take quite literally all of said product for his own customer, literally there was none left for myself, I was frankly quite shocked and didn’t say anything but after leaving I was actually really annoyed. Cannot imagine what it must be like to work with someone like that. On another occasion one staff member was loudly complaining to another staff member as if I wasn’t standing 2 feet away from her. This was at roughly 7am and I imagine I was one of her first customers but my lord she made it seem like I was a burden more than anything. Quite honestly I feel very unwelcome every time I’ve been to that deli and this is only 2 recent experiences I’ve had, think I’ll just stick with the other spar at the other end of town which has a much more established deli.

   Not impressed lately, had a buy a full dinner even though I didnt want meat, (vegetarian) could've taken smaller but still going to be charged a full dinner, disappointing! on a separate day nobody at hot counter went to till pay for bottle of juice was told its for food only, is a till not a till especially when the staff are standing there.
