   Twice recently, I have gone to lidl for just a couple of things. I gave up trying to pay and walked out because there were several people in front of me with trollies full of groceries. I wasn't going to stand for ages in a long queue with just a couple of items. The cashiers clearly don't want to be there sitting drumming their fingers and sour expressions on their faces. Avoid lidl in carryduff.

   Seeing issues with the Ballynahinch store that I haven't seen in other sites. Very inconsistent stock levels. Some days the shelves are very empty. Fruit and veg sometimes not in good condition. Staff at checkout are nice but floor staff constantly chatting on headphones, so unapproachable and not concentrating. Saw one member of staff nearly knock over a customer who was behind them. Aisles regularly and dangerously blocked with stock cages and packaging. Often no bread and veg bags available. Floor dirty. Hand carts dirty and in bad repair and left piling up at the checkout. Big fan of Lidl in general though.

   I am absolutely disgusted with the staff in there. I was in with my mum and my 2 year old daughter. While the staff were walking around talking to eachother on intercom swearing and cursing around kids who were in there also. Other customers were appalled by this behaviour. I will not be back.

   The worst customer service I have ever experienced from a woman called Gillian working in here. She was absolutely so rude to us, no manners whatsoever - needs to put more effort into being nice rather than makeup. Also, why are staff parking in the parent & child bays when there is people who actually need it! Worst Lidl I have ever been to due to staff. Will stick to Newcastle!

   When I arrived today at approx 1645hrs there were no small trolleys available. At the produce aisle I couldn't select any pears etc as there were no small plastic bags available. The checkout was the usual understaffed, delayed Lidl experience. I'm a Lidl plus user. Jeez.

   Shelves in last 6 weeks, are generally empty. As usual this afternoon, no bread, no toilet rolls, nuts, crisps, lots of things missing, & general sauces & canned food. What has changed? Used to be a great store.
