Always helpful polite and counter staff makes me feel less stressed even when there is a long queue..Can I ask a question?? Why don't you sell your brown sauce anymore i loved it..thats my only thing i can said that's not positive in regards to lidil..I love lidil but please fix the sauce situation!
Been there few times. Shop is fine with good selection, but stuff needs training. No one even say hi, the self checkouts always empty. Both me and my husband were waiting for 5/10minutes just to someone show up because there is always some problem showing on tills or even just for confirming age
Honestly the staff need training and there’s a main woman (laima) who seems to love wandering about with her phone and could use with being shown how to crack a smile and serve some customer service awful staff standards honestly
Customer Service is always fantastic especially the quick check out at door always so helpful and fast what else can you ask for. Great team well done Lidl Buttercrane.

Lovely new store in the Buttercrane. A lot handier than the other store opposite 5 Ways. Also 90 minutes free parking with minimum £10 spend in Lidl.
Went for the first time since it opened yesterday and the experience was great. The store is massive with a great variety. The selection in their off sales is great too. Though have to admit I'm sad that the other Newry location closed as it was very convenient for me.
