   Unfortunately, Autotechnika Garage is not the best when it comes to keeping to agreed times. I clearly stated during the booking that I needed a quick turnaround for an oil change, so I brought the car first thing in the morning to give them plenty of time. Despite that, they kept my car for over 6 hours. Only after I called them did they suddenly start the job, and the oil change was done extremely quickly. Honestly, I doubt that in 20–25 minutes the work can be done properly and with attention to detail. I do not recommend this place if you value punctuality and reliable service.

   We took our car to AutoTechnica for a diagnosis of a clonking noise when turning left and an MAF issue. After dropping it off, we got one call asking for help replicating the noise, but communication after that was poor. Despite calling and visiting in person, we didn’t get meaningful updates, and in the end they told us they couldn’t identify the noise. We appreciate that they didn’t charge us, but the lack of communication and what felt like a rushed job means we won’t be returning.
