Had a rattle on starting. Took the car to Andrews and was told what it was. I was able to leave the car straight away. 2 days later was all sorted out, very good service very reasonable price and what's more got on with other major issues that needed sorting. Many thanks will deffo use again.

Advised to go to Andrews a while ago when couldn't get a locking wheel nut undone. They did it there and then in minutes and wouldn't take payment. Decided to change all the locking wheel nuts but couldn't shift two of them so went back a few days later. Again, no appointment but job done in minutes and very happy to make a token payment. Realised yesterday that MOT ran out the day before and couldn't get a booking for another week. Thought I'd try Andrews again. Appointment next morning (today) at 08:30! Brilliant - and he picked up on one of the headlight bulbs fitted incorrectly. Can't remember ever having had to have a replacement so several MOT testers over the years didn't spot it! Impressed. Also mentioned an exhaust baffle that had come loose. Had an annoying little rattle for several years - wonder if I'll find he's fixed that as well! Wife's car booked in for MOT tomorrow! Will definitely be using Andrews again - seems like my kind of garage. Many thanks for your diligent work.
Managed to get me booked in for an MOT witin a days notice. Very quick, efficient, polite and great price too. Also, they have managed to book my partners car in for a repair. No job seems too much hassle for them which is reassuring.
Did a great job on my mini, could do with a bit of heat in reception tho, will have to book in again to fix my window, well done to everyone, merry Christmas.

My car air conditioning was not working. They found and fixed the fault (broken wires and low gas pressure). It was all done within 24 hours and the cost was very reasonable.
