    Had a boiler installed by Aberdeen heating over 4 years ago and have had services done every year since with no issues and boiler working fine. 4 weeks ago the boiler stopped supplying hot water, reported it to Aberdeen heating who then arranged to have it fixed by the manufacturer as it was still under warranty. The engineer sent out took all of 2 mins to notice the boiler had been plumbed in the wrong way round, along with a number of other issues with the install and as a result couldn't carry out any repairs until this was rectified. To say I was shocked and very angry at this would be the understatement of the century. I then contacted Aberdeen heating to have this sorted. After promising intally to get round immediately to sort it I was then met with a wall of silence, they wouldn't respond to emails and when I did call their office I was spoken to rather rudely over the phone and given a list of excuses as long as your arm as to why nobody had been in contact or been out to fix the boiler, these ranged from "oh the person dealing with it is on a call right now, I'll get them to call you back" (they never did) to "but the weather has been bad and we have people off sick and we are too busy". Eventually after 2 weeks I had enough and made a very angry phone call to them demanding something be done and low and behold the next morning an engineer was out to fix it. After this they said they would contact the manufacturer again to get the engineer to fix the initial problem under the warranty. A whole week went past again and I heard nothing. I phoned their office again to ask for an update and was told, rather rudely, that they had passed it on and it was up to them to contact me and arrange the repair appointment. So I then decided to contact the manufacturer directly to see what was going on. I was then not surprised to be told that Aberdeen heating had not contacted them at all and had to make an appointment myself, which is now arranged for next week. That will make it over a month I've had a broken boiler and it still hasn't been fixed. I couldn't warn anyone more than I can to not use this firm, shocking aftercare and absolutely disgraceful customer service. Happy to take your money to install a boiler very badly and do a boiler service with their eyes painted on, only to be missing in action when the thing inevitably goes wrong !!!! Avoid Avoid Avoid !!!!

    A great experience from start to finish. Always available at the end of an email or phone, and even phoned me over the weekend to help me with a query after getting set up. They worked around my work commitments and found ways round any challenges here. Very pleased with the service from Aberdeen Heating! They stepped in when another national company let me down badly.

    I needed a new boiler as my old one was leaking. I ordered a new gas boiler and contacted Aberdeen Heating for a quote. They responded within minutes, offered clear advice, and arranged for an engineer to come the following week. Their service went above and beyond — not only did they sort out the larger gas pipe required for the boiler I’d mistakenly ordered, but when the new boiler turned out to be defective, they dealt directly with Bosch and had it fixed the very next day. As someone who runs a bathroom company and works with tradesmen and plumbers every day, I know how rare it is to receive this level of efficiency and professionalism. I’ll definitely be using Aberdeen Heating again for any plumbing needs, and I’ll happily recommend them to my own customers.

    We recently had a replacement oil fired boiler and went for the version that sits outside the property. The guys worked incredibly hard and did a fantastic job. Everything is neat and tidy and a good clean afterwards was well executed. I would highly recommend this company. The price was very reasonable and both office staff and on site engineers were on hand to answer any questions that I had. Very polite and responsible contractors.

    Aberdeen Heating carried out a huge job on my property - new boiler, radiators and pipework. Unfortunately for the guys it was the coldest weeks of the year (-10 some days). I wasn't living in the property at the time so comms were tricky and I think that's the only thing I can suggest as an improvement (coming/going etc). Remedial works took a wee bit of back and forth but otherwise I'm so pleased to have a warm house! From initial inspection and quote to closing off with Sandra today just want to say thanks to AH for your work :) lovely bunch of people. Thanks

    Brilliant service start to finish. Good competitive price. Attended quickly I had contacted so many plumbers locally a d didn't even get a response to an emergency fix on a botched up job by a previous contractor. Aberdeen heating did everything they could to help me and even having to order parts the job was done 48 hours later. I can't recommend this company high enough and will be using them for all future plumbing and heating needs.

Sandra and Andrew provided extremely good guidance at the survey and quotation stage and Graham and the team who installed and commissioned the system did a first-class job. Graham is meticulous and extremely good at instilling confidence in customers throughout the installation process and is a real asset to the company. An excellent job at a reasonable price and completed in a very short timescale. We would thoroughly recommend this companies services.
