   Disappointed and Would Not Recommend This was my first time using this garage, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I chose them based on positive reviews, but my experience was far from professional. I was quoted a maximum price for the required work, but when I arrived to collect the vehicle, I was presented with additional charges that I had not been informed of beforehand. Despite some discussion and a partial reduction in cost, the final amount was still more than the original quote and to make matters worse, not all of the agreed work had been completed. After driving the car, I noticed unusual noises and returned to the garage to have it checked. I was told everything was fine. Unsatisfied, I sought a second opinion from another garage, where I was shocked to learn that the previous garage had used cable ties to secure the exhaust to the front mount, as the bolts had broken due to rust. This was a temporary fix that I was never informed about. When I confronted the original garage, they admitted they should have communicated the issue and apologized, promising a call from the manager to resolve the matter. That call never came. Ultimately, I had to go elsewhere to have the job completed properly. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this garage. A lack of transparency, poor communication, and unprofessional handling of basic repairs have left me extremely disappointed.

   I got stranded around the corner from them with a semi flat tyre. I slowly drove my car there and they dropped everything to pump up all my tyres and get me on my way. They recommended keeping a close eye in case if a slow puncture. These guys were helpful and friendly. Many thanks!

   The mechanics here were straight talking and honest about their pricing. As a single mum and someone who knows nothing about cars, i was half expecting an extremely large bill for the maintenance on my car, However the bill was surprisingly realistic and the work they did was excellent. I would definitely go back in the future.
