Just bought a vauxhall vivaro and S&R did the MOT on it and apparently serviced it. First of all it had a cracked windscreen over 12 incheslong... failure. I didn't realise that the guy I bought it from was the director of S&R. Reported an engine fault to him the next morning when the vehicle juddered most of the way home and the warning light came on. He refused to refund me any money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS
Keep well away had over 5.5k sent on my van in 2022 new reconditioned engine new turbo new reconditioned gear box only done 4500 miles since and completely buggered. found broken washers in my sump rocker cover bolts all rounded off missing clamps and the engine is definitely not new and the block looks 10 years old covered in rust ext the list goes on gutted isn't the word. Turns out they will not warranty any of it even tho i have a receipt for all the work 12000 miles warranty so ill be taking this further. TRADING STANDARDS AND COURT DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE.
Had a new clutch fitted great price excellent job. Easy place to get to for access.Friendly no nonsense people. Highly recommended will definitely use again .

MOT yesterday, expensive and he forgot to hand over the MOT certificate with the paperwork. I had a fault with the indicator signal on the dashboard, he informed me it was a sealed unit and the fuses would be difficult to reach. I checked on YouTube, two screws and lift the casing and the fuses in full view.
My car was taken for its very first mot March 2022.... unbeknown to me ( due to an admin error ) it didn't need an mot for another 7 months yet S&R failed to inform me of this and carried the mot out regardless.... I'm guessing they're more money orientated than customer focussed.. poor show S&R.
