Just had a new boiler fitted last week,The guys are very thorough in their work and explain what they are doing. All the engineers that have come to my property have been professional and demonstrate an understanding that they are working within a family home environment.    Was told they would be on the 15th Nov. Still waiting on the 19th. No response on phone or any information. Paid for through insurance. Shocking service. Edit Received a phone call after posting about review...to inform me that they were never doing my job, days after I rang and left umpteen messages with my number. They couldn't have responded then? 5 days my insurance and I have been contacting them with no response. I also actually did speak to a lady yesterday who told me to go back to my insurance. Which I did to be told they'd been trying to contact yourselves by phone and email repeatedly. Not sure what the issue is but your lack of communication with ANYONE is abysmal. You could have told me days ago when I left the first message that it wasn't you...but apparently contract only terminated today. Odd. Very odd Good luck to future customers.

   G-Tech Services came to fix my central heating boiler, they were booked for Sunday, however as they were in my area they called on Saturday to ask if they could come then. I was delighted as the house was freezing. Greg was very professional and helpful, taking time to explain everything. He fixed the boiler there and then. I will definitely use G-Tech Services again and happily recommend to friends and family.

   When our 6 yr old boiler failed to come on in the afternoon (winter time, no heat, no hot water), G-tech were recommended by our previous trusted heating engineer (now retired). Despite calling G-tech late in the day G-tech reacted immediately advising that Greg would attend after completing another job, asap next day. Greg arrived in early evening, fully equipped and quickly confirmed the fault but then went a step further by calling the boiler manufacturer directly on our behalf and with his expert knowledge of the system and parts required was able to arrange for the work to be done by the boiler manufacturer next morning and done under warranty. Greg's happy to help attitude and honesty has gone a long way with us and therefore I would want to engage G-tech again and will recommend G-tech to our friends and family. We are now looking to have the boiler covered by G-tech's service and repair scheme as we approach end of the manufacturers warranty.

   Excellent professional service. Came out on a Sunday within hours when I had a leak with my boiler. Also quoted & installed new boiler quickly when realised that a new boiler was required. Everything explained thoroughly & have also just set up service plan for the new boiler with G-Tech Services.
