   Had suspension fixed, then found out 3 weeks later that my wheels had not been aligned following the repair. Both front tyres were fully worn down because my car had been given back to me with both wheels pointing inwards. I had to get both tyres replaced and a re-alignment done elsewhere. They also replaced one of my front tyres in April, so the wear was not due to an old tyre.

   Took van in for service they left oil cap loose - few days later oil warning light came on as had lost oil - had to top up, second van took in said fuel filter housing needed replacing when they were servicing it - cost £100 plus - then they didn’t fit new fuel filter correctly - so it fell off and fuel pumped out all over the road, fire brigade had to come out to clear up all the mess. Lost a tank of fuel and lost an afternoon of work. When I called to complain they blamed it on apprentice even though I remember clearly the chap on the phone doing the work. Poor work - could have damaged engines or caused a serious fire had it been petrol. Inexperienced.

   Contacted the garage on Thursday night and managed to get it looked at Friday morning, looked at the car and established the issue within the hour and offered advice on how to proceed with getting it repaired. Friendly and reliable will be using in the future for MOT'S and services.

   Rang up for an oil change on the Thursday afternoon, said they had space the next week. On explaining that I could really do it sooner they were more than accommodating. Said to drop my car off the next morning and they would fit me in when they could. By lunch time I received a call saying it was ready for collection! Fantastic customer service, very friendly staff. Would highly recommend. Will definitely use in the future.

   Telephoned for a quote after receiving an RAC diagnosis, tried other garages who immediately implied there would be more work to do & no free time for over a week (one garage never even phoned back with their quote) Rowlands gave a reasonable quote, did exactly what I asked & fitted me in the same day! Tip top service, warm & friendly, you couldn't ask for more!

   Great little family run business!! Connor has done a fantastic job with my car changing the brake discs and pads. All work was carried out to a very high standard. Heidi works on reception and is very welcoming I highly recommend Rowlands Auto Care thanks guys.
