   Dealing with Mark at MRD Garages from start to finish was brilliant. I made an enquiry about a car, being unable to view the car in person Mark created a series of videos and pictures that covered all the information I wanted to know about the car. There was no pressure from him to get that sale with claims that he had multiple enquiries into the car. His packaged offer was brilliant and he fulfilled every request with enthusiasm and his core values to ensure customer satisfaction was paramount. He provided proof of all the agreed prep work and was always happy to respond to any questions I had leading up to collection. Even to the day of collection because we were travelling from Scotland Mark collected us from the nearby station where we completed the paperwork and he gave the car a final check to ensure everything was ok for our return journey home. After just a couple of weeks of ownership the car developed a fault. Again Mark was easy to contact, we discussed what the best way was to resolve the issue. With secondhand cars things can go wrong but it's how you deal with the problem is how you should be judged. Mark maintained my confidence in him but also MRD Garages and the car. He linked in with the repair garage from my local area and the car was repaired and back on the road. If you are looking for a car or to have your car serviced, repaired or have any other work that MRD Garages offer I can assure you that you will get brilliant work and service from a genuine person, trader and company.    MRD recently fixed an issue with my air-conditioning whilst I was away on holiday. Mark and the team were really accommodating for me, and even offered to drop my car back to my house nearby whilst I was away.    Big thank you to Mark at MRD Garages. I had a light appear on my dashboard which I didn't recognise. On checking my handbook it was related to the traction control. After a quick call to MRD, Mark listened to my description of the issue and knew exactly what the fault was.    Had two new tyres fitted today to my Sportage. Excellent service from Mark, fitted while I waited and at a price as good as anything I could find on the internet for the type of tyre I needed. Took great care to not damage the alloys, had a friend who took his car to one of the national chains and ended up with scuff marks on the alloys which they wouldn't repair. Highly recommended if you are looking at replacing your tyres.
