Lovely practice, I love their passion for animals, the staff are always friendly. The booking times are very good too, we don't have to book too much in advance.
Had both my boy and girl cat neutered and chipped here. They were very looked after. All the staff we met were absolutely lovely and reassuring, couldn’t recommend them enough!!! Thank you.
We can’t thank the team at Rutland Priors hall enough for the exceptional care, compassion, and support they provided during one of the most heartbreaking times for our family. Having to say goodbye to our beloved puppy for very sensitive reasons… was an incredibly emotional experience, but every member of staff treated us — and our pup — with such kindness, dignity, and understanding. Their gentle approach and genuine empathy helped us feel supported throughout the process. The hand-written card they sent afterwards was such a thoughtful and personal gesture that meant more than words can say. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing not just professional veterinary care, but true compassion. When the time comes to welcome a new puppy into our lives, we’ll definitely be returning to them. X
The staff are extremely friendly who met us with a really warm welcome. The Vet was just as friendly, had plenty of time for us, so didn't feel we were rushed out if the door, and very thorough. This was our very first visit. A big thanks to everyone at Rutland Vets
Had a exceptional service today took my fur baby for an operation and after being book into the wrong practice the staff on reception we so compassionate, They could see I was stressed and there was definitely some confusion they managed to get things arranged and crisis was averted. My fur baby is doing great thanks to all the staff involved Thanks you all ❤️
Really good vets they were very informative and friendly and when sadly it was time for our cat to go it was done with the upmost sympathy and care wouldn't hesitate to reccomend
We've only recently moved our dogs to this veterinary practice, but signs are very good. Our bonkers boy-pup was neutered here and his recovery has been very smooth. We took him back for a check up and he was very happy to go in and say hello to the staff, which is a great sign that he's being well looked after. We've also found the staff to be very good at communicating clearly with us and being very friendly.
Great care and attention from the team at this practice. Very happy with the way my dog was looked after when undergoing a surgical procedure recently. Would highly recommend.
My cat was spayed today at the surgery. It was emotionally tough time for us, but the vet nurse Helen has been absolutely amazing and made the experience so much better for us and the cat. Everything was clearly explained with a smile and we could ask questions. Our cat even got medicine included within the price of the procedure. I will definitely change vet for our dog too if the Rutland Vet Centre are accepting new Patients :) very highly recommended xx
We have only been clients for the last couple of months. The staff have always been polite, professional and caring. No question is too daft, no concern is too small. Unfortunately we recently needed to euthanize our beloved dog. The staff all felt our pain. We were not rushed into a decision, we were given all the information we needed and the time to say goodbye. I cannot recommend them strongly enough and will never be able to fully show our gratitude for caring for us all during such an horrific time. Our dog was such a good judge of character and was always happy to go with the vet without us (due to Covid19). The app used by the vets is brilliant and the on call out of hours service very reassuring too. Hopefully we will be clients again one day. Thank you Priors Hall staff.
