   Unlike all the other catteries we have used over the years, we have always been allowed inside on collection and drop off just to check out the surroundings. On collection I was told to wait outside a gate and a young girl (with poor communication skills) brought out our cat. I found this very strange how I wasn’t invited in, unlike all the other Catteries we’ve been to. There were no updates or photographs throughout our time away - which maybe we’ve been spoilt before - but I think this is a nice personal touch we did not receive. I had no idea what the room or the Cattery even looked like because the website is so poor and outdated you can’t see any images. When I asked whether our cat had been okay on collection, I received short response and was told all the information on what she had eaten, how she had been etc. was in this one page, almost unreadable handwritten sheet of A4. Not the service you expect from a Cattery. Take the time to communicate with your customers - all it would have taken were these small personable touches. A handwritten sheet of paper is not an acceptable handover. A real shame as when I popped my head over the gate (because we weren’t allowed in) it looked a beautiful setting inside. Needless to say we will not be returning next year.

   My name is gokhan bingol and we left our baby Miya with them for 5 nights and it is a brilliant place to take down your cats they look after well my cat was well looked after she gone fat and health is been safe. I will recommend here to all cat owners

   We recently moved and our 5 cats were looked after by Kitz-katz cattery and the lovely Ann. We cannot thank her enough for how she looked after our fur babies. She sorted out their eating habits and my old cat who was always so skinny has put on weight. I would highly recommend her accommodation and nothing is too much trouble. Lovely facilities for the cats. Plus my long haired matted cat was given a beautiful groom. Thank you so much xxx

   My kitties love staying here, it's like they too are on holiday. The love and care that Anne and her team give my cats is exceptional. The rooms are perfect. Proving beds toys and activities, with plenty of space for my kitties to stay together. I highly recommend this 5* all inclusive holiday resort for your cats!
