“We’ve been with vet’s for pets for a few years now and they’ve been brilliant. Over Christmas, our border collie got in to a present that we found out was full out chocolate and they got both our dogs in straight away. Our old dog has had a few emergency appointments due to her arthritis and they have always seen her instantly and been brilliant with her. Great vets, always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable”

“A big shout out to vet Laura after I had to bring my nervous collie in late on Saturday. After observing and listening, Laura managed a full examination and diagnosis of Nell and thanks to her thoughtful handling, we left the surgery with Nell totally unstressed. Laura's follow up phone call on Sunday was very much appreciated and really put my mind at ease. A very professional and caring lady! I would also like to acknowledge the confidence sessions that Nell and I took with nurse Sarah, who worked wonders with a nervous little collie and a stressed owner. These sessions were put to the test in our emergency visit and I can definitely say that it was time and money well spent. Thank you both for the care and kindness that you show to your patients.”
