   Awful experiences of this vets in Kettering. Saw a different vet every time, given different diagnoses every time. When we finally chose to go to a different vet practice, they correctly diagnosed her with cancer and by then it was too late to do anything about it. Would never recommend this vets, they wasted our time, wasted our money and misdiagnosed our cat multiple times.

   I would just like to say how incredibly thankful I am to the staff I came into contact with this week. Unfortunately my cat was hit by a car in the night and was taken to the vets by a passerby who found her sadly deceased. From the initial call right up until we collected her the staff have treated us with so much care and kindness, have allowed us time, provided information and have gone over and above in every way to help us navigate this difficult situation. I really cannot thank them all enough, on behalf of our whole family, including our little Syrup.

   rang for emergency care for my rabbit has he had fallen ill in the night and needed urgently to be seen out of hours I was told over the phone he couldn’t be seen as one of the staff members were allergic to rabbits?! I’ve never heard something more ridiculous, was told I had to drive the next nearest out of hours who were excellent with him and also said they’ve not heard an excuse like it! Sounded like they couldn’t be bothered.

   A big shout out to vet Laura after I had to bring my nervous collie in late on Saturday. After observing and listening, Laura managed a full examination and diagnosis of Nell and thanks to her thoughtful handling, we left the surgery with Nell totally unstressed. Laura's follow up phone call on Sunday was very much appreciated and really put my mind at ease. A very professional and caring lady! I would also like to acknowledge the confidence sessions that Nell and I took with nurse Sarah, who worked wonders with a nervous little collie and a stressed owner. These sessions were put to the test in our emergency visit and I can definitely say that it was time and money well spent. Thank you both for the care and kindness that you show to your patients.

   We have used this veterinary practice for a long time. The newest premises are very smart and the cat area is a welcome addition. Our vet Freddie was lovely with Ruby and the visit didn’t seem to bother Ruby at all. We would always recommend this practice.

   Northlands have been looking after our pets for many years and are always caring and helpful. It is good to know that they are there 24 hours a day. All staff have always been professional and I would recommend Northlands. It is also good to have local surgeries available too.

   Not very good experience done injections for my pups paid what they requested and after few months have another invoice for payment already done trying to contact they said just pay and treating me to send debt collection really!!! thank you!!!

   Had my cat euthanised in July of 2021, this bunch who said they’d send me a bill shortly after, send me a bill in January of 2023, I’m not begrudging paying it, but do you think over a year plus to send an invoice, and with threatening yellow highlighted debt collection statements is an acceptable way to run a business? What if I’d moved house? I’d end up with a CCJ for something that I hadn’t been sent an invoice for in spite of calling them shorty after the event to discuss settling up, as if it’s my problem your accounts team are incompetent? Sort your **** out!

   New Kettering surgery is a great improvement on the old one and has much better parking facilities than before. I've used Northlands for all my pets for over 50 years and always found them to be very helpful and caring. I always recommend them to others.
