After observing and listening, Laura managed a full examination and diagnosis of Nell and thanks to her thoughtful handling, we left the surgery with Nell totally unstressed. Laura's follow up phone call on Sunday was very much appreciated and really put my mind at ease. A very professional and caring lady! I would also like to acknowledge the confidence sessions that Nell and I took with nurse Sarah, who worked wonders with a nervous little collie and a stressed owner.
