Would like to say how caring and compassionate you all are. Sadly yesterday 26/02/2024 my boy had to go for his final sleep. I have never felt so sad before. The vets were absolutely wonderful with him my darling boy. The receptionist was outstanding giving him a blanket while he was waiting to be seen and she gave me a big cuddle knowing how upset I was. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart for looking after bud and making his parting so easy. Highly recommend lake view

Used Thrapston for 7 Years. Always been more than happy with service provided and advice given. Recently adopted a Breton with Leish (not very common in the UK) and went armed with all the information provided to me on the basis that UK Vets know very little about Leish. So I was absolutely delighted when I was allocated a vet that was very knowledgeable. From what I have read online/Facebook that isn't the norm in the UK & its necessary to help "educate" your vet. She gave me loads of confidence about using the Practice. The knowledge she demonstrated was equal to and consistent with all the "expert" advice I had read online & issued by charities that support Leish dog owners. Couldn't have asked for anymore! And the friendly and care service provided by the nursing team and receptionist around sorting out the registration, my initial appointment and helping me reordering her medication ( not even supplied by the Vets) was second to none.
Veterinarian Agnieszka Szymańska has a great approach to animals. My shy dog loved her. I would recommend this veterinarian to anyone!
Called emergency line when my dog was having a seizure for the first time, most unhelpful emergency vets I've ever called, kept getting passed back and forth between this one and another only to have received zero help or advise. Do not recommend.
I use both the Burton Latiner one for checkups and vaccines and the Thrapston one foe a young major. Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable, vets are great and so caring. I had my dog and cat spade there and it went really well.
They couldn't be helpful enough. They really do love animals and do everything they can to help. They are a friendly team and remember the animals and the people that use them regularly. They are more concerned about getting pets well than receiving all the money in one go and really helped me with a very large bill by letting me pay in installments. I would be happy and confident to recommend them.
