We have been struggling to find a suitable food for our new puppy and a team member was really helpful and talked me through some options - the one recommended is perfect for her and has settled her stomach. All staff are super friendly and helpful, would 100% recommend!
Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Joe the manager. My dog has been suffering with allergies this year and taking his advice on a change of food and using the skin-eaze cream has made a huge difference. She has almost stopped scratching and her skin has healed in less than 2 weeks.
What can I say other than amazing, I went here today with my dog who seemed to act like he was on a sugar high… Joe ( the manager) saw that I was having a bit of trouble and couldn’t help enough, even gave my dog some card to destroy to try and occupy him, he helped me get the rest of the items I was looking for and even helped me to my car. Thank you again Joe, you are a legend
I made an appointment to see the vets Last Tuesday. The vets a male and female were amazing. I wish I could register with them. These were truly caring which was really evident. I remember a time when there were similar vets but not anymore. It seems to be just about money. The girl dealing with appointments was also really good (Belle ). There was a gentleman on the till again brilliant. This is so lovely to see.
Good selection. Did not have what I was after but would recommend due to good selection of animal foodss
