   if it was possible to give no stars I would. I recently ordered a small package from them, at a low cost of £2.99, via e-Bay. When the package arrived (poorly packed) I discovered the product was already out of date so tried to contact the firm by phone - to no avail as the message 'Number unobtainable' was repeated each time. I do not usually buy from e-Bay but could not find any instructions on the website as to how to return a faulty product but the firm's address was clearly typed and I duly returned the item to Kettering Koi by post - at a cost of £4.10p. The first contact, after a couple of days, was from e-Bay to the effect the order was cancelled. I found their service efficient and without fault. Kettering Koi however was very poor indeed. Now, having read the number of one star reviews I have to agree 'Do not buy' from this firm is probably the wisest advice to offer. I have only lost a small amount of postage as e-Bay is refunding the cost of the product apparently. In the mistaken belief I was dealing with a reputable business I'd posted the parcel back to Kettering Koi and it seems I should not have. Some customers have lost much more, so others please beware.

   Have ordered from you previously and have been happy. However this time l thought l'd ordered a larger pot. The price you charge for the size you supplied is quite ridiculous. Not happy, so l won't order from you again!!

   They sell faulty products and refuse to replace or refund. I bought some filters that were meant to come in a sealed 12 pack but was sent 12 individually badly packaged. 2 filters have leaked all their contents out and their response was just brush it off. The items aren't fit for purpose! No response after a certain date on Amazon as well. Avoid! Odd that they don't sell the filters at their actual store.

   Purchased pump on ebay the uv keeps blowing in less than a year want me to send pump back at my exspense. Won't send me another pump until they have tested mine rude staff replied to me and refusing to send me another pump untill mine is tested. Just stalling so now I have reported to trading standards and ebay shocking customer service and after care

   These guys always go above and beyond for all customers. They recently helped me when my uv filter packed in recommended me a really good replacement at a price that cannot be argued along with a 3 year garentee you cannot go wrong. This is not the first time I have also purchased pumps as well that was 2 years ago and everything still working purfect. I cannot find products cheaper than the price they sell for outstanding service 100% of the time. Thank you

   A large selection of tropical fish is to be had here as well as some coldwater species. Bit off the beaten track and not many people seem to have visited. Some really nice fish, but had just moved the fish when I visited, so all a bit crazy as such. Would recommend visiting.
