These have got to be the best cat toys ever. I know that because my cats LOVE them. They can’t get enough. I’m a cat sitter and have given these out to customers cats and they’ve gone wild for them. We will be placing another order very soon.
I have not visited the physical store, however, I placed an order online and the service was fantastic. There was an issue with a royal mail posting (beyond the control of the store) and they were very proactive in getting it sorted, thank you very much.

I placed a few orders for Yoto cards with Katzenworld. I am very happy with my purchases and the whole experience. The website is user-friendly and has decent pictures and descriptions. All items arrived in great working conditions. It took about a week to reach Canada, Ontario, from the UK. After placing an order, I received a couple of updates regarding it and was able to track the location. I definitely recommend this store and will purchase again.

Katzenworld is one of the rare online retailers with both amazing initial sales experience (price, convenience, fast shipment) and even more amazing after-sales support. I bought two Yoto Mini's from the site (I live in Australia and at the time the Yoto Mini wasn't retailing down under). Not only were the prices the cheapest I could find, and the shipping was prompt, but when I had a warranty issue with one of the devices Marc responded instantly and worked with me to get the defective device back to the manufacturer to process the claim. He also shipped a replacement device while my defective device was still in transit so that my toddler wouldn't be left without a device for too long! I've never experienced such prompt, personalised and considerate support through online retailers. Will be shopping again from Katzenworld in a heartbeat when I need to get more accessories in future!
When we adopted our cat, finding well-made, stimulating toys for her was hard. Katzenworld was the exception. It's an Aladdin's cave - for cats. They have put together a wide range of products that have been designed by observing cat's preferences and natural instincts. (Seems like they are tested by cats rather than humans.) The Katzenworld team not only source here, but also beyond the UK in Japan and USA, wherever there are quality products. Purchases can add up so the fact that you can ask for advice, which saves wasting money, is important too. It's not like buying from a chain where no one knows anything about the products. The team get to know you and your cat. It's personal. It's furry. ; )
Our two boys, Eddie the Tuxedo, and Pete the orange boy, love this toy! We adopted Eddie at the pound in Anchorage, Alaska. Eddie is 9 yrs .old. We adopted Pete on our 20th wedding anniversary from the Bend, Oregon Humane Shelter on 11/3/2021. Pete is 2.5 yrs. old.
