   If I was able to put zero stars I would. Absolutely unacceptable and unsafe. The vaccination service at Kettering Pharmacy was shockingly unorganised and downright dangerous. After waiting 15 minutes to be seen a gentlemen appeared and seated us in the vaccination room. Staff were constantly coming in and out of the vaccination room, with other colleagues walking through while injections were exposed. There was zero professionalism or concern for privacy or hygiene. To make matters worse, the pharmacist doing the travel vaccination forgot to put the vaccine into the needle and still proceeded to inject my fiancé anyway. After realising his mistake, he then injected him again using the same needle. He had no plasters or cotton wool to stop the bleeding and after looking through drawers and cupboards also with the open needle in his hand he managed to find a bandage and stuck that on him. When asked what had happened and why my partner had been injected twice, he completely ignored us. We had to ask five times before he reluctantly admitted he hadn’t put the vaccine in the needle the first time. My partner is now left with a huge blue and green bruise on his upper arm. This is not acceptable under any circumstances. The vaccination room itself was dirty and unsanitary. Another pharmacist kept entering and exiting the room, opening new needles for flu jabs and exposing them to who knows what. Basic infection control was clearly not followed. This was one of the worst healthcare experiences we’ve ever had. Do not use this pharmacy. Go elsewhere for your own safety.

   I had a very good experience at Kettering Pharmacy. The staff are friendly, helpful, and provide excellent service. They handle customers with respect and professionalism, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. One of the best pharmacies I have visited.

   Absolutely terrible service. My husband walked in for some advice as he suffers from water infections and the staff laughed at him and said only women get water infections. I wouldn’t expect a professional body to be so discriminative and dismissive of a person in need. Luckily he thought to call 111 and they’ve provided the correct treatment and is being referred to a different pharmacy. Do better!!!!!?
