   Been using for 13 years with cat (13) and dog (12) always helpful. The staff are kind to my animals who like the staff. Prices are explained and they send text reminders for repeat prescriptions. Easy to get an appointment or repeat prescription when needed. Have over the years took cat and dog at the same time for a joint appointment and no issues.    The vets in this place are the reason I will never return and advise others to do the same. 0 compassion, 0 effort or care, just prescribe without doing any checks and unhelpful. Max the vet, just prescribes endless medication and gave it to my dog without asking then charge inflated amounts , extremely unhelpful with a nervous dog and just doesn’t care at all. Had my other dog neutered, took her back for a check up, other vet Diego persistently tugged at her stitches to which he had to be told to stop, she then ended up bleeding all weekend and having a bad infection. Only given 2 stars and not 1 due to the nice reception staff.

   My pup stool on broken glass and sliced his paw. We rushed him to the vets and they saw him straight away. The staff were absolutely lovely. They made us feel safe, and we’re kind and professional throughout. We were kept informed of all treatments and prices. Odin was looked after really well by everyone who dealt with him. I would highly recommend this vets

   Lovely welcome. Receptionists very friendly. We had two vets one was being supervised as still new. Looked after my two old ladies well. Very patient with them. My only gripe is cost of nail clipping. I looked on their website and realised it was £15.00 each. Ouch. But to be fair I hate clipping their claws. On the whole really good. Plus didn’t wait long either

   Easily found near lidls in the square area of shops.. Parking is 2 hours for free. I find these vets to be very helpful and professional. Yes sometimes they can appear to be very busy, which indeed they are, but the waiting room has ample space, and the women behind the counter are friendly. Their prices are also extremely reasonable vs other rip of vets around Northamptonshire!! I definitely recommend them !!

   Fantastic vet. Always treated my senior dog with respect, up until her last day. They were very helpful and respectful on what can only be described as the worst, most traumatic day of my life. Making the decision to take your pet in to be put to sleep is an impossible decision. Every step of the way they were helpful, friendly and caring. They did everything we asked and helped our girl move on with dignity and respect. The cremation process was fast and the day we collected her ashes the receptionist had tears in her eyes and was more respectful than I’ve seen staff act at funerals for humans. If I ever pluck up the courage to get another dog I would take them here. Lovely, friendly staff. They even let you order medication cheaper online by just getting a prescription through the vet. Very considerate, I am so glad they were the ones to help my beautiful dog on her final day.
