   The best pharmacy in Kettering. The pharmacy is exceptionally well run by Mr Patel. All staff are friendly and efficient. Very short queueing time to collect medication.

   Always extremely rude staff. They Don’t even greet you when you get to the counter. They Just stare at you until you start talking. I have never heard them say “how can I help” or even “hello” just a cold stare until you talk. It seems instead of having customer service training they went to “how to annoy someone today” training instead. My partner came in with me once and they spent the whole time staring at him to make sure he wasn’t stealing over priced shampoo WHILE serving me! It doesn’t matter who serves you they are all so rude! They all seem to have an attitude. The worst part is they always serve someone else at the same time. Every time I’m in there you have to shout over the customer next to you who is also being served. They also have a thick plastic screen up and whisper while serving 2 people so you can’t hear a word they say! If there was a massive queue I would understand it. But it’s like they want everyone out of there as quickly as possible. If there are only 2 people waiting you don’t need to serve both at once! Especially when we’re shouting our addresses out loud! So unprofessional! If they didn’t sell Medicine the would have gone out of business years ago, but unfortunately there isn’t many chemists nearby. So local people who can’t walk far need them. However I will be changing to a different one. The Woman who served me yesterday couldn’t understand me when I was trying to explain I handed in the prescription yesterday. Made me look like an idiot, then shouted “is it for the injection” infront of other customers. Then started serving someone else half way through serving me. Cannot make this up. They are atrocious. I would rather walk to town for my medication from now on.
