   The staff are great. The speakers in multiples screening rooms are broken. The management is questionable, if not just downright unhelpful. Multiple screens have broken speakers that have an annoying screechy digital noise that plays throughout the whole movie. It's not too recognisable during loud scenes but any quiet scenes or during a quiet movie it's basically the loudest sound present. Screen 1, 2 and I believe 8 have this issue for sure. There are more but it's hard to remember off-hand. The staff are aware of the issue but they of course can't do anything about it. It's the management that are at fault here. They actively choose not to fix this issue. With over a year of back and forth via email there has been no true attempt to fix this issue. Recently they've taken to claiming there is nothing wrong with the speakers. They have been sent an audio recording of the issue but have chosen to ignore it. Just wait till the movies come out online rather than ruining your first viewing of them by heading to this cinema.

   Bought my ticket online scanned in and went to get snacks apparently you have to preorder snacks now and can't see what's available when ordering if paying cash. Only seen two members of staff in the whole cinema. The cinema it self was absolutely stinking and nearly needed to walk out thankfully smell wasn't just as bad at the back obviously must have been coming from a bin at the front which wasn't emptied. The same thing with the toilets hadn't been cleaned in quite a while it would seem where absolutely disgusting. Feel sorry for the staff obviously not assigning enough staff to do the work needed.

   Went to see final destination...purchased tickets, food and drink on site at machine...no option for jalapeños but noticed on collecting food there was some so asked for some...was told not allowed and would have to speak to a supervisor....my husband said not to worry. I then asked for a spare cup as his coke was massive...again was told not allowed...ok no problem. The salsa for nachos were inedible, hot nuts completely tasteless and the coke was completely flat with zero fizz. Haven't been to the cinema in years and probably will never go back (here anyway).

   Lovely place. Plenty of good screens. There is no toilets on this floor. The only toilet are on the floor below. The lifts are too fast.. You only have less than 3 seconds to get in or get out.. The doors are not sensitive enough for any pressure so they push on you even when you are caught between the doors.. My child was scared to get into lift.

   It was a very pleasant movie session. The seats are very comfortable and you have plenty of space to put your feet, which is appreciated. You can see a movie at a very good price. They also have a nice offer where you can see as many movies as you want in a month for a monthly fee of £10, which I think is a great deal if you like going to the movies a lot.
