A couple of weeks ago, my sister, a friend, and I visited the Omniplex in Banbridge, and I want to take a moment to recommend one of the staff members – Chelsea, the manager – for her exceptional kindness, and professionalism My aunt, who is partially sighted and uses a walking stick, was with us, and Chelsea went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and safe. She personally guided us to our seats, insured they were suitable for my aunt‘s needs, and even promised to return at the end of the film to help us leave. True to her word, she was there as soon as the credits began to roll, ready to assist with a smile It’s rare these days to encounter someone who combines efficiency with such genuine care and empathy. Chelsea turned what could have been a stressful outing into a thoroughly enjoyable experience, she’s a real credit to Omniplex and Banbridge.

Excellent cinema with extremely comfortable seating and a great selection of treats. Very close to the Salt Kitchen restaurant and plenty of free parking.

Visited this cinema for the first time today to see Minecraft with my 8 year old son. Staff were very pleasant, Maxx screen was a good size and seats were comfortable. What spoiled the viewing however, were the lads in the row in front of us constantly talking and using their phones to film quite a number of scenes from the film. I was surprised that staff didn’t notice or challenge them on their disruptive and illegal behaviour. This was the 3:30 showing at a Maxx screen.

My wife and daughter were at the omniplex on Tuesday evening and enjoyed the film .The only downside was that it was very cold and they had to put their coats on .Considering the price is not cheap at £25 for both ,they would have expected some heating in the place .Possibly there may have been a problem with heating which could have been addressed. Only for this one problem their visit could have been more pleasant.

It was very convenient to book seats and food. Seats were clean, and the film started on time. Staff were friendly and helpful. There were no queues whatsoever (it was during the evening).

The worst movie experience I've had in a long time. Would generally visit the other cinema in town but thought I would try here for a change. Right from the start a staff member abruptly stood in the way as we tried to join the queue and redirected us to self service machines, these machines are pointless. Rather than streamlining the queuing system just means queuing twice. You'd think if you pre order food at a self-service machine the staff would have it ready once you get to the counter, you'd be wrong. Staff don't get orders until they scan your receipt and then the process starts. Next a staff member scans your email confirmation which would be nice if the email received when booking online had a QR code. Then inside the auditorium we had people already in our seats. Having addressed that ourselves we then also had to admonish children for being too nosey. As someone with partial hearing loss I should be the last to complain about movies being very loud. At least on a good note I know where to go if my house is cold, had a good sleep thanks to being too warm.

Excellent film. The Quiet Girl (Cait) love going to the cinema. But I do have an issue with the heating or more to the point LACK of heating. This has been a problem for quite some time. I know the screens may not be full but even so with limited clientele it should be warm and comfortable.

Good spot when the weather is poor and looking to treat the grandkids. Great value Kids Club tickets with ALL paying £2:50 a ticket. Good eating spots adjacent to the Complex day and night. Good clean amenities also.
