Having not been to a dentist for a sustained period of time, i was a tad on the cautious side. I was booked for a scale and polish and right away, Mark put me at ease.. I wont say it was a pleasurable experience (this is a dentist appointment, not a trip to the fun fair) but hats off to Mark who is a consummate professional and a very nice guy. I would have no hesitation in recommending this place and specifically Mark who was top notch.
Very happy with my experience at this practise. Dentist was wonderful and explained everything clearly. £74 for full check up and 3 xrays i think is very reasonable
Great staff very professional and with massive acknowledged. Went in a emergency and was with dtr Sorin Caba and his assistant. Massive thanks for the treatment and help. Definitely won a new client.
The receptionist was lovely. Very polite and helpful. The dentist was excellent. Made me feel at ease and explained what he was doing all through the procedure
I saw a different dental hygienist today for the first time and, despite my usual anxieties re ANY dental treatment, I left feeling very reassured, calm and respected !! Katy was extremely professional, but she managed to combine her professionalism with a very caring and approachable manner. It was very reassuring having every step of treatment explained to me, and whilst leaving with a wonderfully clean set of teeth, I know I will return feeling much more relaxed. I've just had my first 2 appointments with Sorin. He listened to me, understood me, and offered the treatment I was hoping for without having to ask. Just had the first treatment, it was discomfort-free, it is truly amazing work, exactly what I was hoping for. The ladies on the reception and assistants in the clinic are so kind and pleasant. I'm booked in for the final work, and will be booking my boys in. No anxieties whatsoever about having appointments with this fantastic team.
