   Arrived outside this dental surgery having made my first appointment. I have anxiety and agoraphobia. There was nowhere for me to park at the front, as it faces a busy main road. I went to the rear of the premises and the car park was for staff only. I contacted them and asked if I could park at the back and enter the surgery from the rear entrance and was told no, I had to come through the front door only. I explained I had agoraphobia and was still flatly told no. I ended the call. Ten minutes later I arrived home to a missed call from them. I rang them back (this was about the time my appointment should have been) and was told they had cancelled my appointment anyway as I was not there. If you have any disabled access requirements I would advise you use another surgery as AyerDental will not make any concessions to allow you to access their facilities.
