Always been treated by Mr Wilson. Excellent dentist. Just rang to make an appointment. Receptionist said that Mr Wilson had retired in September 2023 and the other had left. They've been advertising for another dentist, but hadn't got one yet. They might have to close permanently at the end of the year.
Although it's stated this dentist is open it isn't and hasn't been for months both the dentists that were there have left Mr Wilson left well over a year ago and although staff were telling people they were getting a locum in it never happened now the other dentist has left they are still making the excuse they are looking for a locum but if they couldn't get one to replace the first dentist it's not going to happen with the second appalling service from the dentist and the NHS the building itself is shabby and dirty definitely won't reopen
My family has been registered here for over 10 years. I recently went in to make an appointment for my son, telling them that he was in pain. A receptionist said there were no appointments available "for the foreseeable future" and certainly for several months. They couldn't care less.
I find Dr Wilson an excellent dentist. The staff are lovely and Dr Wilson saw me the same day on two occasions when i phoned with toothache. He removed the offending tooth without any pain whatsoever and it healed very quickly.
Rather shabby recption& waiting areas.
My son has been seeing Helen since been a baby,he now suffers with anxiety and Helen puts him at ease,she’s always friendly and professional and I feel like she is looking after my son teeth,wouldn’t want my son to see anybody else,all the other staff are helpful and friendly too
Helen [Dr Whitaker] has looked after my teeth for ages, you couldn't ask for a better dentist. All the staff are very friendly great gang of people to be looked after by.
The first time I have been to this dentist . Everyone very nice and polite didant feel stressed at all
