We had problems with the delivery - Hermes had three attempts. They claimed the driver had no access to the property, but it was obvious they tried to deliver it to a wrong address. Jo from Chalton Interiors was very supportive and quick in reacting. Due to her help it finally arrived save at the correct address. The vintage French bath was very well wrapped and all looked really good despite the heavy handling from the currier. Thanks and we will definitely look out for more interesting things to come.
