   Excellent - first class - unrivalled service, from start to finish! We could not more highly recommend Simon (and Luke) at Encompass - sincerely, just the best! The highlight of our experience was as a result of our Jati&Kebon cushion covers failing, as we moved into a third season, earlier this year! After reporting, Simon immediately contacted J&K who agreed to replace the complete set without hesitation. It's here that you may say "well that is just straightforward". It is not... Simon was on it from start to finish! Simon kept us informed throughout the whole process (8 weeks). Simon always responded immediately with a comprehensive reply. (If not, Luke jumped in - literally day and night). Simon followed up UPS delivery failings. Simon never once appeared agitated by a 'demanding' customer... Simon deserves recognition and success. Simon and Encompass Furniture Ltd value my business, and yours too! We are so pleased we chose this company and could not more highly recommend them - and Jati&Kebon too. Thank you Simon.

   This company were a joy to deal with! They were extremely helpful right from the start and were full of great advice. The only problem was trying to choose which outdoor furniture we wanted as they have the most amazing selection to choose from. We could not be pleased with our sofas and coffee table. that were delivered this morning and coffee table as the quality is incredible and they look so smart. The delivery was impeccable snd all the trouble they took was outstanding. I would highly recommend this company.

   How do you write a glowing review in a just a few words ... just can't do it !!! We have had the pleasure of doing a little bit of business with Encompass over the past year, and in our case it was a little, not a lot. Regardless of that fact the service and engagement that we received from Simon and Luke was second to nothing in our previous experience. From the very beginning the communication and service has been exemplary, nothing being too much trouble in spite of a number of issues totally out of the control of Encompass, their professionalism, courtesy and persistence was wonderful in every possible way. The product that we have received from Encompass is of the highest quality and we are truly delighted with it. If this company works this deligently in these small matters I can only imagine how well a purchase experience would be for any of the very many luxurious and tasteful products that they are able to provide ... and there are very, very many! I can not recommend and praise Encompass any higher ... a delight to deal with, courteous, professional, consistent ... outstanding in absolutely every way.    What a great customer experience from browsing the website, finalising choices, placing our order and receiving delivery of our new garden furniture. Simon was a fantastic help and kept us informed about delivery schedules. The delivery people were prompt, polite and professional and unpacked and set up the furniture, taking away all the packaging. It really was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone. We love our new furniture and it was exactly as we expected even though we had not been able to see it in the showroom before we bought it.
