   Fantastic service all the way through. Shop staff were good, delivery guys were excellent. Had a manufacturing problem with the first mattress and the shop couldn't have been more helpful getting us a replacement ASAP. Highly recommended

   We bought a bed that was clearly advertised as clearance and "take home today". My partner arranged for the bed to be collected the following morning. In store staff were friendly and helped us to arrange the collection. Only to he told by store staff when we went to collect the next day that the bed couldn't be released for another week because "the shop floor would be empty and we can't replace it yet". Unacceptable. Regional manager offered us an extra 10% discount over the phone. Still unhappy due to being missold. The only reason we even purchased the bed was because we needed one that day due to our bed breaking in a house move. Would not have made the purchase if we knew we had to wait.

   Purchased the mattress in 2022 for two grand and in 2025 it is no longer usable. Went through the entire process of invoking the 10 year warranty and it did not help with fixing the bed. I am genuinely surprised with such high rating for the company. Lesson learnt, will not buy again.

   Bensons delivery service does not match quality of product. The delivery person was rude and did not help us (the customer) to take the mattress to the first floor. They left without showing the bed in position and upon inspection there was a tear in the top surface of the mattress. The mattress was in a plastic sleeve when taken to bedroom and suffered no damage, scrapes or bends. This must have happened upon installation. A high quality product should not be put into the hands of people with no customer skills. They could not care and wanted to get on to next drop off.

   Very disappointed in the condition of the bed frame and mattress when delivered. Bed base needs to be replaced which Bensons will do, but their logistic process as damaged a perfectly good produce that took longer to be delivered than expected. I hate waste and Bensons need to take action to sort this out. Drivers were helpful but shared that our experience was a fairly common occurrence

   We loved the sofa bed, size and colour perfect, also the price reasonable. It was a pity there was not free delivery as other bedding companies offer and even when we paid £30 for 6 miles delivery, then, we had to unpack and set up ourselves!

   Never again- only 1 star as there isn't a choice to put 0*.. So we ordered a hybrid King size mattress from Waterlooville store (26th Jan) which we had to pick up on the 9th Feb. (Rolled So we can get it in the car..). After phoning on the 9th and confirming our order was there we then go and collect it to find out its not rolled and delivery wasn't possible due to work hours. So after so much hassle the manager of the store Joe said he would send an employee to Worthing store the next day to go and collect a king size mattress but hybrid duo ( they upgraded our mattress for free ). Next day we collect it and was told after 2 hours it would expand being memory foam etc..... 27 hours later still not fully expanded so I call back Wville store and was told Joe had left so another manager is now taken over and he asked us to send over a picture of the mattress which we did... to then get a phone call back and was told ' they've given you the wrong one its a small double in hybrid not king size in hybrid duo'. Again the new manager agreed to send the same employee back to Worthing the following day to get a hybrid duo king size mattress. We finally got the mattress the right size and the upgraded version for free but overall would not recommend, poor service, poor management, not worth the stress! But will just say thank you to Micheal & Charles for getting the right mattress and sorting the case eventually!
