   Lovely friendly reception team, in a clean, bright surgery. Rang on a Monday morning, after spending all weekend with a bad toothache. I was able to see my dentist the same day. He put me at ease, as he explained what needed doing. I went in very nervous, but my dentist was lovely made me more at ease. Got on and filled my tooth with no pain ( thank goodness). All good now no pain.

   Today could not have gone much better. I rang at 9.00am in the hope of getting an emergency appointment. Rachael, who I had seen previously, had a cancellation at 10.30. Seeing the previous x-ray, and considering the details taken by reception Rachael was able to anticipate the likely required action. Having confirmed this by x-ray and a physical check my options were clearly explained and treatment given with no rush at all. Rachael also raised a completely unconnected matter which she felt warranted medical attention. From my initial call to leaving the surgery I was treated in a friendly, caring and professional manner. A great outcome, Thank you all.

   Found out today I've been visiting this practice for over 17 years Always a very pleasant reception and and great staff. Helen Fairey has been my dentist for many years and she is not only a great dentist but absolutely a lovely person too...would dream of going anywhere else. If you can get into here as a patient, you will not go wrong

   This practice is run very professionally and all the staff are friendly. Dr Illias Gavriilidis carried out a rebuild of my broken tooth which took 50 minutes. During the procedure he constantly explained what was going on and gave reassurance and asked if I was ok. Very impressed with both his skills and friendly attitude.

   I would give them 5 stars but for the cost.It's more than ten times the NHS for a root canal. The NHS dentist do not have the equipment or expertise. The treatment I received was exceptional and would highly recommend this surgery.

   I can recommend this detal surgery.I was so terrified &nervous not having been to a dentist for over 20years! Really needs to go as my damaged front teeth was affecting me psychologically. The lovely dentist Natalie was so caring.....put me & ease & repaired my front teeth by doing clever cosmetic fillings.Was amazing.xx
