   I went yesterday for my routine check up. I met Elliot for the first time as my new dentist replacing Andrew. He was such a nice guy. Listened to when I had to say. And did a replacement filling with great skill and made a perfect job. I would recommend him to everyone. Today I met Phiippa the hygienist for the first time. Such a lovely bubbly lady. Put me at ease straight away. Did my treatment very efficiently and no pain. I could not praise her enough. Thank you both and your nurses for such a very pleasant experience.

   Just wanted to say what a great service I had from the dentist last week. Woke up in off the charts pain (gum infection). Tom on reception at Stamford bridge surgery was very efficient and got me an emergency app at Pocklington with a bit of juggling. Then I saw Hannah who squeezed me in who was absolutely brilliant. So caring and understanding, knowledgable, efficient…I could go on. I was in so much pain which she managed to get under control quickly. I thought the service was exceptional. A big well done from me!

   Like most people the dentist visit is never my favourite thing, but I can honestly say the team from reception staff through to dentists are extremely nice, super knowledgeable and the treatment I received was second to none. I had an implant undertaken by Mark Pugson and a root canal treatment undertaken by Hannah Sharples. From initial contact, both dentists ensured I understood the process and made sure that I was involved the the decision making. I was kept comfortable and painfree with updates given throughout the treatment, including excellent aftercare. I would highly recommend the practice and all the team.

   I honestly hate going to the dentist but after a week of being very unwell ending in my wisdom tooth flaring up so badly I couldn’t open my mouth, or look after my two small children, I had to go. I rang in so much pain and they saw me within a couple of hours. I burst into tears when they told me it needed to come out on the spot (it had been a very bad week) but even though I felt like such a mess Mark and Lauren were so kind and reassuring. They made me feel so confident in them and that I was going to be fine. Lauren held my hand and Mark got the tooth out quickly and without any pain. I was surprised how much better I felt immediately and once the anaesthetic wore off is wasn’t actually that bad at all. Follow up care was great and their reception team (especially Lauren) are very on it and helpful. There’s a lot to be said for such fantastic service when you’re feeling at your absolute lowest. I’d go back to Mark in a heart beat to get any further work done. (Kath my usual dentist is fab too , would definitely recommend) xx

   After several visits to see Mark over a few years for check ups I decided, after consultation with him to have a tooth extracted yesterday. The procedure was explained fully and carefully and although I had been dreading this I felt reassured with all going to plan. I'm amazed at the difference in the service when I compare to my previous experiences.    I’ve been a long time patient at Regent Street Dental. My dentist Mr Roberts retired so I was seen by Mark Pugson. I’ve got to say I was a little anxious about seeing a new dentist after being so pleased with my previous one. I had no need to fear! Mark is one of the nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. He explains everything so clearly and calmly and his dentistry skills are incredible. Along with his dental nurse Lauren they looked after me with great care and professionalism. I cannot speak highly enough of everyone at this practice.
