Amazing experience, really helpful staff, helped me to select and try out different knives explaining the differences between them. Helped me get a great deal and gave me some tips on care, etc. Will definitely be back at some point for a bread knife!
Visited here over the August bank Holiday and was very impressed with the quality of everything I see, the staff were very helpful but as I had only just arrived in Portsmouth I wanted to have a look around before deciding to buy. It was quite good the members of staff had a bet if I would come back as I wanted a lot of stuff not sure who won but the knives I went back for are absolutely fantastic had taken months to decide on a set of knives but seeing the Miyabi knives it made my mind up very easy, got to chose my handles which now treated have come up even better
We have been here a few times, definitely the best Zwilling outlet shop compared to the rest of the Zwilling outlets in UK. Staff are all very helpful and willing to spend time to explain us about their products.
Attended the knife skills course at the weekend. Great fun! Thanks to Ian (chef leading the course) for a fun informative and really useful session on how to cut and explaining what is required in a knife too! Risotto taster rounded it all off nicely. Also thanks to Jas (in store) who is the guru of all things knives and both woke up a Sabatier knife I've owned for a long time, but more importantly helped me in a purchase of a beautiful Miyabi knife and some accessories. Great shop with very knowledgeable staff and really good quality equipment. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Small cookware shop which in my opinion had a limited range of stock especially when compared to ProCook shop next door. Also quite expensive by comparison

It's great. Probably the best knives available. May seem expensive to some but really worth the price if you're serious about your chef skills and cooking. The only kitchen knives I'll ever buy.
