A lovely dentist practice through and through. I see Miss Lin Du and she is absolutely wonderful, professional, kind and a lovely person alongside the assistant she has who is also a gem. Talks you through the process and checks on you. The receptionist is always so polite and kind also. Nothing they could do better! Thank you

Dentist Lin Du showed exemplary professional skill and patient care when repairing a molar yesterday. It required careful cleaning and removal of decay, then a building up of white filling. I always felt she was giving me expert care and treatment. She was also assisted by an equally supportive dental nurse . Please convey my thanks.

Due to bad experience with another dentist in Scunthorpe with my partner, I rang Mydentist for advise, could not be more grateful for not only the advice given but the support they showed. Trying to now get switched over to you guys seen as you are actually a helpful and caring dentist!
Had an appointment today, first one after the 2years of Covid madness and wasn't looking forward to it. But who looks forward to going to the dentist?! The staff on reception are always polite and professional. The waiting room is nice and bright and well looked after. Varsha Joshi (Dentist) is lovely, she's so welcoming and pleasant, as she talks to you she has this ability to calm you and any work that's needed to be done is discussed and executed to a very high standard. Just amazing team. Only downside is the lack of parking. All in all a great, friendly, painless experience.
No issue with the Dentist itself but the receptionist, very rude and blunt. I was trying to change my appointment dates and the way she came across was so unprofessional. What’s the point in going private if the customer service is poor? Couldn’t even give me a resolution to fix issue. Would not recommend. The company need to look in to their hiring process and maybe teach them some manners to their receptionists.
