It's always such a warm friendly atmosphere in Rick's salon. You come out feeling uplifted and a million dollars. The staff are kind and professional. Rick is a hair genius. He always uses the best products on my hair and I look forward to my appointments.
Fiona is the absolute best. She really knows what she's doing and advises according to what will suit me as well as what she thinks I'll like (even though my descriptions/explanations are terrible). I always leave pleased with the results with colour and cut. A huge bonus that there's no awkward small talk or forced conversation with Fiona, just light hearted genuine chat.
Relocated and worried about a new hairdresser cutting my curly hair. No need to worry Rick in the guise of "Edward Scissorhands" set about cutting my hair. I truly have not experienced this before. He turned my drab hairstyle into a chic 1970s vibe and I have not need my curls looking like this ever. Rick is laid back, confident and super creative - you just need to sit back and trust him. Particularly for those of you with curls I cannot recommend him highly enough. We should be proud that here in our region we have an award winning superstar and we need to celebrate that.
I’ve been to Rick Robert’s Salon quite a few times now and I always leave feeling a million dollars. My stylist Freya is amazing! She always takes time to understand exactly what I want and provides some expert advice, which I have actually taken on board to help maintain my new look. I actually prefer the new look that she suggested. She’s kind, very chatty and makes the whole experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend her for colouring.
Had a cut and blow dry for the first time today at this salon with Ellie, who was extremely pleasant, took the time to listen and understand what I wanted, asking questions and giving advice. The hair wash was one of the best, gentle but thorough and ever so relaxing. I walked out of the salon really happy with my hair which feels and smells wonderful and looks so much better than expected. Will definitely be returning.
The staff provide a warm welcome, offering drinks, a comfy sofa on which to wait your turn and the salon itself is beautifully presented. It's clear that the stylists take pride in doing an excellent job - their many awards are on display. I always find that Zoe, my stylist, offers helpful advice, does a great job on my hair and makes sure she understands what I'd like doing to it. I'd highly recommend this salon.
My experience in a word AMAZING. I have used them twice now, first for a cut and style and then for highlights. My hair looks fantastic, Leigh has done such a good job on both visits, my colour looks so natural and is blended beautifully and the cut was done perfectly. I was consulted at every stage, I felt listened to and great advice was given. This is the best I have felt and looked in years!! The salon itself is clean and modern, ALL the staff are friendly and welcoming and I felt comfortable straight away on my first visit. 1st Class establishment. Look forward to many more visits in the future. Highly, Highly recommended.
After moving close to Beverley I wanted a change of hairdressers. My hair required styling and the colour sorting also. I was not disappointed Leigh was brilliant and sorted all for me. Due to my work commitments Georgia became my stylist she is fantastic Georgia gets the cut and colour absolutely perfect every time. I walk out of Rick Roberts with exactly what I asked for what’s more the cut is amazing and is easy to maintain. Georgia and the staff are very welcoming and great to talk to yet they are so professional. Walking into Rick Roberts hairdressers is certainly a 5 star experience! I am so pleased I found Rick Roberts hairdressers.
