First visit today for an infill, nail art & ombre. Absolutely lovely nails, not sure of the name of the lovely lady who did them but Venus will be my new place to go for my nails from now. Thankyou & wishing you all a merry Christmas
Not happy at all not even all on properly tried to charge my mum £100 for her nails when all they have done is painted them and put crosses on when she’s Pakistani absolutely disgusting not happy at all then they all came to the front and wouldn’t let her out till she’s paid £80 absolutely awful behaviour
I wanted a simple infill, white tips, glitter on two nails and my nails cutting down a bit. I was told I had to have them taken off and put on again - I suspect this was so they could work on someone else while mine soaked. I was there for 3.5 hours and left with the wrong/uneven lengths, wrong colour (picked lilac powder and got pink) and wrong shape. They look fat, square and clumpy with lumpy polish - the nails i left with are longer than the ones i went in with. He told me I would get a discount when I paid for waiting so long, I was actually charged extra. Was told off for using the towel hanging on the sink when I should have used one of the clean flannels stacked behind the pedicure chair - how was I supposed to know this? I asked for them to be shorter twice, for the uneven lengths to be fixed, and the shape to be changed twice but none were corrected so when the glitter was put on the wrong fingers I didn't argue and when it was time to pay I didn't bother discussing the incorrect price I just wanted to get out of there. Heard people around me asking for corrections multiple times for what they'd had done too. Really unhappy and uncomfortable experience. Place could do with a really good clean too.

I was a bit worried to go to those place to have my nails done since my last experience ( other shop same kind) but the lady who done my nail was kind, and listen all my wishes . She done very nice nail. Nothing bad to say .. I’ll go there again
Went to get acrylics however came back home after getting them done and the pinky finger nail breaks after not even a day , went back the next day to get it sorted and she has not let it dry properly n smudged it . Very disappointed wouldn’t go back there again , oh also she cut my finger whilst drilling and refused to do butterflies on one finger. Never going again
