   Top hair salon for both males and females. Very modern salon, busy and popular. Cuts my hair to perfection every time. Offer a very personalised service. Alway leave looking at least 10 years younger. Never left disappointed. Great staff and make for good company. Thank you for looking after me.

   I want to appreciate Farrah for being so flexible and to be able to re-doing my colour when I explained that I didn’t like it. She was very helpful and managed to fix to my liking! Thank you again! And definitely recommend her!

   If you’re looking for a new salon then don’t use this one! The service I have received after my colour has been terrible. They have ruined my hair and charged me double and took twice as long for what I have paid in a much better salon up the road (LH1). When I asked for a refund started to actually blame me and send me massive messages swerving out of it and basically blaming me. They must be used to complaints because the things she was saying about the law and policies to try and scare me off were unreal. I am not an unreasonable person and am just so unhappy with my hair I could cry. Then they attack you when you're not happy with it. Do not use them it’s really not worth the risk.

   Total incompetence. Second time I booked a waxing appointment, after confirming multiple times over the phone with the receptionist that they could do the type I wanted, only to be told AGAIN when I got there that they can't do it at that time. Didn't even bother to notify me earlier at least!

   Great hairdresser, I waited outside after taking my girlfriend to get her hair done and she came out a different woman! It wasn't until a few miles down the road when the screaming stopped that I realised it actually was a different girl!
