I’m so grateful for today’s service! The stylist was incredibly kind, patient, and despite my tricky hair, did an amazing job. I hadn’t been to a hairdresser for 10 years because I couldn’t trust anyone, one was able to figure out what hairstyle would suit me, given my thin, sparse hair. I was really worried about paying for something I wouldn’t be happy with. Today I came in with very damaged hair that needed professional care — and that’s exactly what I got. I was really stressed, but the stylist was patient, understanding, and made sure to communicate clearly, especially as English isn’t my first language. I really appreciate the advice and the way the hairstyle was tailored to me, because I had absolutely no idea what would look good. My hair now feels light, healthy, and finally soft to the touch. The person who did the Olaplex treatment was also super kind and helpful. I’m so happy to have finally found a hairdresser who doesn’t just cut hair, but creates art on your head. I’ll be coming back to this salon with joy and without any fear for my own look, and I’ll be bringing my daughters too. The price was totally fair for the service. It was bluming lovely! All instructions were greatly followed and Charlotte understood exactly what to do! Even recommending things along the way and making sure to get my feedback before cutting any further! Was very patient and took the time to really understand what haircut I wanted and I really appreciate it, I will definitely be going again and I'll try to even try to recommend my sister to go too! (If she likes my haircut too haha) Worth the long ride to get there! They also wash your hair before cutting too! Very nice!
I chose this place because of the name and I like a name with meaning. I have also been looking for a hairdressers that can work with me, since my last hairdresser moved to Leeds. I am happy for the last hairdresser I had; he set up business with colouring there. I am even happier with the service here. They were real and down-to-earth and personable. Thank you. What can i say. I was welcomed into the salon with a hot water bottle to keep warm and a cuppa , with it being so cold outside Lovely... Jenna took really good care to do my hair .you could see that she was so dedicated to making me and herself happy with the outcome. Which she did with flying colours. My hair has never been better . The attention to detail was second to none. Im so happy with it. The salons lovely and brings something a bit different to spring bank west. Which is welcomed. Lovely people very friendly and experienced . Bloody fantastic !
Fantastic... I absolutely love my hair cut!! I look amazing!!! The service was great! Lovely warm friendly feeling in the new salon!! Offered a selection of drinks on arrival and made to feel welcome and valued as a customer... I was just getting a simple cut but the attention to detail from all the staff still surpasses any other salon.... I was sat down and asked what style I wanted before getting shampooed and receiving head message... then Darran worked his magic... absolutely splendid experience with outstanding results for crazy low price!! I would highly recommend getting your hair done at Esquire. My hair was three different colours before my appointment and coming out, I feel like a different person. It looks and feels great.
