   I first went to Zoe as i had a microneedling gift voucher. Zoe was super welcoming and explained the treatmet to me. She also tailored the treatment to suit my skin type. She has since put together a treatment plan for my skin and I can’t wait to see the long term results!    Absolutely five-star experience with Simon and Zoe at Look Natural Aesthetics ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From start to finish they were fantastic. We had a really thorough consultation where we discussed my needs in detail, talked through plenty of treatment options and made a clear plan together. Nothing felt rushed and they explained everything so clearly. I was quite apprehensive beforehand, but they were so calm and reassuring – Zoe literally held my hand and it made such a difference. Simon is an anaesthetist with very high standards, and it really shows in how safe, professional and precise everything feels. They have all the proper aesthetics accreditations; so I felt completely confident I was in the safest possible hands. The whole ethos is genuinely about looking natural – subtle, flattering results rather than anything overdone. The aftercare has been excellent too: clear advice, great follow-up and I’ve felt fully supported throughout. Kind, professional and truly expert – I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

   Had a wonderful facial today with Zoe. I opted for the bio re peel facial which left my skin soft and glowing. Zoe explained each stage of the treatment which made me feel at ease. The facial was so relaxing as I was treated to a hand and arm massage while the hydrating face mask was taking effect. I can highly recommend this wonderful clinic and I will certainly return for further treatments.

   First time having any aesthetics done, was unsure if it was right for me. Zoe and Simon were both really warm and friendly and put me at ease. They were not pushy at all and suggested I take the information and go and have a think about it. I had some Botox and filler by Simon, Zoe assisted and made me feel really at ease, she talked to me throughout, knowing I was anxious. I am really pleased with the results, I wanted a very natural look and just like I’d had a refresh and that’s exactly what I got.
