I just wanted to say thank you to all the staff to say they did a great job with looking after Wendy many people slack off the NHS and they don't realise that they are hard-working people Wendy was in ICU for a while and I wanted to say thank you to the guy who looked at her and kept us informed there's nothing negative about anything Wendy was moved to a nursing home end of life care and in times you will pass away we were hoping that she would make a recovery get sadly this wasn't the case the nurses and doctors where great keep the work up I hope you Cariad and Dave

I had a terrible experience with a hysteroscopy in the gynaecology department. The letter which gave me the advice and the fact I needed to take paracetamol arrived a day after the procedure. I spent two hours in recovery due to my blood pressure plummeting. The nurses were good and extremely kind but the gynaecologist was not.

I was taken to the hospital from My hotel, the crew were lovely, my care was brilliant and nothing was a trouble to them. From the Dr's to every member of staff it was always a pleasant word and a smile. I was kept in and stayed on St Mary's ward, not the holiday I'd planned but was looked after very well

My wife was taken in by blue lighted ambulance and the treatment was first class. The ambulance crew were caring and professional, A&E staff and doctors were outstanding, how they manage to do the work they do always caring and approachable. Special thanks to Tracey in Appley Ward and Amy in Whippingham Ward who went above and beyond in their care of my wife.

Had to take my husband to A and E on a Sunday afternoon with a severely dislocated finger and suspected break. The hospital staff at every stage were super caring and highly efficient. He was triaged straight away and then treated almost immediately by a wonderful, kind A and E practitioner, Antonio. Two swift X rays and a resetting of the joint and he was out of the hospital within an hour or so. Super impressed and a very big thank you to all the A and E team.

Wonderful, lovely, truly caring nurses and doctors, who made my time in A&E as comfortable and quick as possible - you are all stars - amazing receptionist, too. Thank you all so much. ♥️

I attended the A&E department while on holiday. The care and attention was amazing. Special thanks to Kim who had me transferred to urgent medical care and because I was struggling she got a wheel chair and took me to the correct area. The attention and care exceeded all my expectations.

4 hours on a trolley in heart area, and no information when asked half hourly for ANY update, decided they were wasting time, or coffee/tea breaks, finally discharged myself after 4 and half hours. Disgraceful behaviour. Will probably be told more training will be given etc. etc. You can't train people for common courtesy and telling the truth.

My son was in hospital while we are on holiday here. The service was amazing!! which really made this stressful situation much much better! The staffs are so friendly. The rooms are very well equipped. They have a lovely children’s playroom, and even outdoor play area. The nurse looked after my son is called Charley. She is so nice and friendly and helpful, my son absolutely loved her! There is another nurse with two plaits whom I didn’t manage to get her name - she looked after us the day before and she was just amazing too! Overall everyone we met there are nice and professional, and many of them beyond that, making us want to move to this island just because of those friendly people!
