   As always, met with friendly, accommodating ladies. We were given a time when to return, which was very helpful, and didn't have to wait long. The hairdresser actively listened to my request, took the time to explain what may be a better style and why, and took into consideration my health issues. Excellent cut and restyle. In addition, was happy to cut my daughter's hair straight afterwards, although not prearranged. The 4 stars reflect, not the customer service which was excellent, but the voucher code received by email for £5 off would not be accepted by the system, despite numerous attempts by the hairdresser, which was disappointing. Credit to her for taking the time to keep trying instead of instantly dismissing it.

   My 8 year old daughter had her hair washed trimmed and blow dried today and was very happy. She was nervous at initially, but was made to feel comfortable and was very pleased with her new trim, will definitely be back.

   Really friendly staff, she made some suggestions to the cut which Id normally go for but chose not too. Hair looked great, and her confidence with cutting my super curly hair makes me want to go back next time. I also loved how quiet the salon was. , you give your details and they text when they are ready. Which meant it wasn't crowded. I only had to wait about an hour even though they said 2 hours which was even better.

   My favourite hair dressers at the moment. Really good service, friendly, affordable and quick. My daughter loved it too they did before school cut she is 6 and they were patient and more than happy to help. This is a walk in and queuing service which is the only downfall, just drop in before you run your errands and it’s perfect they message when they are ready for you. 100% recommend

   Went and asked for an appointment at 11.30. I was told next available was 2.30pm, but I wasn't keen but said I'd take it anyway. I got a text at 1pm saying your appointment is ready reply in 5 mins or loose appointment. I called as it was 20mins since the text got very bad attitude when I said I was told the appointment was 2.30pm, they argued its not an appointment we just let you know when we're ready (this was NOT explained) at the initial booking Poor communication and bad attitudes.

Drop in for an appointment, and they will text you when it's your turn in the queue, I waited under half an hour.    I have been visiting supercuts consistently for a colour just under two years now . Finding a hair salon with hairdressers you trust with your hair can be hard! I get my hair done usually by Becky who really listens to what you are after and works her magic. Everyone here is so skilled at what they do and you are always looked after from start to finish. Love coming here.
