Brilliant! I have no idea what hairstyle suits me, Friendly Paige starts with a clear consultation, understanding my lifestyle before gives any advice, tells me what she'll do before starts cutting. That's really important, makes me fully confident in her. Then I got to cleanse my hair, really relaxing and comforting. Nearly falls asleep. About the cutting, very detail. Clean sectioning, "texture cut" precise and even. Each parting is a small part, never feels rushed, only feels her patient and concentration, makes a perfect layering. Hairline is treated well also. She shows me a few styles I can change easily after finishing. By the way, the hot chocolate and the reception service is good too. I will definitely come again.
A disappointing outcome after my second visit to this salon last month. I expected a high level of expertise from Alex, the director, who I thought had listened to and understood my hair needs. Although I was happy with the finish of the haircut, he tends to rush the process. As the cut was inadequate, it has been necessary for me to spend some time recutting all of the ends myself. An unhappy customer who will not be returning.
I have been using Alex at Hays since June 2024 and I have never looked back! What a great hair cut and colour. I leave happy every time!! The understanding and advice of what is best for your hair is amazing!! I would 100% recommend Hays for your hair. Definitely at least 6 stars out of 5.
Great consultation and excellent hairstyling/cut by Alex. I've had some lovely comments so far. Looking forward to my next appointment, which is colouring and I know my hair is in good hands from the shampoo stage (thank you Amy for a lovely head massage), to the end result. I had a very good experience with the salon. I had haircut, highlights and hairstyling done, all reasonably quickly performed. Staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. The salon is well designed, probably the most comfortable chairs for hairwashing I have ever had. Very happy customer.
I've been going to Hays salon since it first opened, and have recommended them to many people over the years. I always look forward to my hair appointment . . . It's a real treat! Evie usually does my hair, and she's wonderful. She's professional, kind, and very talented . . . nothing is too much trouble. All the people who work there are very good at their jobs and give you 5 star treatment. Thanks to Alex and Jaz, they have created a brilliant hairdressing experience!
Always love visiting the salon, such a warm friendly atmosphere and I am always so pleased with my hair. I have been going to Hays for 5 years now and Alex always listens to exactly what I want and I have had so many different changes and have loved every one of them! Myself, my mother and my bridesmaids also came here for my wedding day and the team did a brilliant job on all of us and made us all feel very special! I have recommended many friends to go here and they all have loved it too.
