Awful awful awful! They need to employ more staff the wait times for any admin to be done by the medical secretary’s is A JOKE! That’s something you can fix and you instead decide to either hire medical secretary’s that work like snails or you don’t have enough staff! Do not join here a joke of a service to get through to anyone or get anything done

If i could give a 0 I would I'm am writing a complaint on behalf of my Mum Now this is the second time this has happened. My mum 2 months ago March 2025 was blue lighted to QA hospital with suspected urosepsis, my mum had been to the GP in Cosham park house and Pauslgrove surgery twice prior with vomiting and trouble with urinating. Both times wasn't tested for a urine infection and was only prescribed sickness tablets to help with the vomiting and nausea and it was brushed off as flu and was told to rest and drink fluids. Now role on a few days my mum got gradually worse and worse and I had no choice but to call an ambulance and I'm glad I did, my mum was admitted for 7 days with urosepsis, showing all signs, and was very poorly, and I almost lost my mum. Now 2 months later May 2025 my mum was showing symptoms of an infection again with vomiting and shaking and confusion all signs of a major infection. Rang 111 at 5.30am that day and was told to call my GP at 8am which is what I did on my mums behalf, got an appointment at 9.05am the same day, the only difference was they did dip test my mum urine and said she did have an infection and prescribed antibiotics for 7 days, and urine was sent to the lab, BUT my mum had a high temperature, blood pressure was high and heart rate was faster than normal, and still we were sent home and to keep an eye on what happens. Less than 2 hours later my mum started vomiting and becoming confused and shaking drastically so I again had no choice but to call an ambulance again. When the paramedics arrived and asked lots of questions I mentioned everything that happened at the the GP surgery at Cosham park house, they said that my mum should had been sent to QA straight away as her obs were showing signs of a nasty infection, especially as she only had Sepsis 2 months prior. So now my mum is back in QA getting IV antibiotics following uroepsis again. I feel very let down by mine and my mum GP surgery. Red flags were showing but no proper action was done and that is with all the visits, both in March and May. Doctor at QA were disgusted with the treatment my mum was given. I hope changes can be made, not only for us, but for other people. Any red flags need to be assessed with proper measures.

To busy wanting to get home. Use to be they in evening but they don't do that . There no care to any one wouldn't recommend this practice at it worse one out there.

The clinical staff are great here. Unfortunately it's next to impossible to contact them. You can't even get into the call tree in the morning, let alone actually speak to anyone to arrange an appointment.

What an absolute nightmare to get any service. When you ring its engaged when you get through your told to call back as they're busy . When you get through your met with an Uninterested " kid" of a care navigator ( their words)who is not listening to you. When you get a call from a doctor for "triage" he gets your diagnosis wrong - you then have to go to the surgery to see a nurse practioner (who was very good btw) How on earth are these going to cope when cosham health centre closes and all the patients are split up over the few surgeries in the catchment Really appaling .

Registered at crookhorn but always have to go to cosham Park. Having no transport this is difficult. When you go into the surgery at crookhorn there's never.anyone waiting or maybe just one person.what's happened Crookhorn was once a brilliant practice.

I have been trying to book an appointment with them for over a year, its a complete dead silence of over 45 mins in call. I want to change my GP, this is my first GP here. I hope other GPs don't do the same.
