So pleased I had this scan with Andrea. Her knowledge and professionalism shone through and I left feeling totally reassured. I’m going to make an appointment for my daughter now and I’m working on persuading my husband to attend as well! I’m definitely going to make this a yearly appointment.
Staff are really friendly and the clinic itself is really clean and tidy. I attended changes to have some moles removed. Cost me £995, seemed a lot especially for the 10 minutes it took. Had to contact the clinic weeks later as the results were not fantastic, in fact two looked worse. Clinic made me a new appointment to have a look, but cancelled me on the day , but re arranged for a couple weeks time. When I got to the clinic, I was put in with the surgeon and not the lady that originally did my treatment. I was then quoted a further £950 to re do my procedure. Simply cannot afford to pay twice. I went with this clinic as reviews were good and it was such a lovely looking clinic , but wishing now I had shopped around and maybe gone for a smaller independent clinic that may care more for customer satisfaction. Lesson learnt.
Lauren was very knowledgeable and talked me through every stage of my skintrinsiq treatment. I was made aware when the extraction of impurities began and when my skin was at the infusion stage. I felt very relaxed during my treatment and was made to feel very welcome by the clinic. A lovely treatment that left my skin feeling amazing!
Naomi always finds time for me in her busy schedule and I trust her judgement on the best treatments I need. It always works and brings the finest results. Danielle is excellent in every treatment she does for me. She is fully focused on the customer needs and treatment needed to solve the problem. I can see and feel results. Recently we added back massage in which Danielle is perfect and professional. It brings me relief and my back is getting better. Stef, Vicky and the rest of the staff are very well trained and passionate about their job and every time I visit them I come out very satisfied. Changes is a Really lovely relaxing environment. The staff are very friendly and professional, they Make you feel really welcome and will go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable and have everything you need. I Will continue to go there for all my personal changes. I had a large lipoma removed from my lower back and the surgeon Simon Payne made me feel really comfortable and at ease and talked me through every step of the way. Couldn't recommend a better surgeon.
AMAZING....love how I always have a friendly welcome and always receive a professional service ... Victoria was brilliant with my microbladding every step of the way, making me feel relaxed and in great hands. Seeing Naomi is always there on hand supporting the ladies in such a kind and calming way at every stage also helps and you can see that all the ladies completely trust Naomi and can ask her for tips, advice etc...The receptionist Megan (sorry if I got your name wrong ) was also so bubbly from booking my appointment over the phone to arrival and leaving. Honestly a very professional and kind team which reflected in the great service I received.
I had what I would class as a very expensive treatment - I paid around £1500 for Focus Dual, and only did so following 2 consultations for reassurance that the results would fantastic '& as good as Morpheus 8'. Well, in all honesty they were not great at all, far from it. I went for my review but they did not offer to show me the before/after then, saying they'd email them, which they did not. I followed up 3 times and finally they sent them. I then had to ask which were before and which were after - I really couldn't tell, the results were that poor. I then sent an email saying I wasn't happy with the outcome and have not received a reply, that was a week ago. Based on my experience of this Focus Dual treatment and the lack of response to my complaint, I couldn't possibly recommend this clinic.
A few years ago I had a terrible experience with another eyebrow supplier (to such an extent I refused to leave the house). I was recommended to Naomi O’Hara in the hope that she’d be able to help. My consultation with Naomi restored my faith & after several removal sessions Naomi gave me the eyebrows I’d always wanted. I’ll never forget when I looked in the mirror and there they were, these eyebrows which matched my skin colour, the shape of my face and brows which looked real - I don’t mind admitting I cried with happiness & joy. Now I continue with eyebrow maintenance, which is worth it’s weight in gold and it’s all thanks to Naomi! I’ve had so many compliments on my eyebrows for which I’m eternally grateful. I’d always highly recommend Naomi, you won’t regret it.
