Extremely friendly, competent staff - so helpful with a calf injury I'd incurred when running (and that wasn't healing anytime soon!). Shincy was thorough in her examinations and proactive in suggesting different approaches. Thanks so much!

A big thank you to Dal on reception for helping me sort invoices & booking appointments. Sam treated me after a fall on my hip. He assessed what was needed & helped me to recovery. Sam listened to me & explained what he was doing throughout my treatments. His manner was kindly & most professional. Having signed me off, he also offered any additional followup contact if I needed it. I would recommend Sam to anyone who needs physiotherapy, care & support. Many thanks Sheelagh

Sam has supported me throughout my recovery from a double hip replacement and been immeasurably helpful, even when it was tough going. Thoughtful and professional attention to what was needed, encouragement and clear instructions has got me back to a level of fitness and mobility which allows me to do the things I want to do. And reception staff are great too!

I had been experiencing vertigo for several weeks, and although prescribed medication for it, I prefer a more natural approach. Liz gave me a thorough examination to determine the cause and then carried out a manoeuvre. I was given a follow-up appointment which was not necessary as the vertigo had gone within two days. I was very happy with the whole experience.

Sam diagnosed the issue very quickly and was very knowledgable in letting me know what was going on with my knee. After the first treatment session it already felt far better and with the exercise program I was given, my recovery was quick and easy with follow up appointments to check my progress. Highly recommend Sam Pryor and PhysioCare. Very professional business all round and you feel at ease the moment you walk in.

Visiting the island for only five days my back locked for the first time ever. Rachel was brilliant at finding me a same day appointment and over two appointments Sam did a thorough diagnostic process and massage that helped me progress from barely being able to move to walking reasonably normally. He gave me some exercises for my lower back issues and advice on plantar fasciitis. What a brilliant, friendly and professional service! I can't thank you all enough. Without you this would have been a break ruined.

5 days before Christmas Day I suffered a very painful back injury and was fortunate to be seen by Sam at the Cowes practice the following day. I followed the advice and exercises he gave me to do and within 4 days I was 90% better and after 7 days I felt fine. I am very grateful for the care and attention.

After knee surgery I have had amazing help and guidance from Sam. He is such a professional, setting me tasks each week and offering reassurance when I wasn’t sure I was doing the exercises correctly! I couldn’t be happier with the treatment I have received. First class.
