   Unfortunately my experience at Diva Nails was poor. I asked for pink holographic/chrome nails as in the google picture attached. They agreed to do this colour but painted my nails white and did not end up having colours remotely similar to my picture request. They did an infill on 2 of my nails due to them being broken which is fine but they didnt file the infills down enough and now they look really fat and chunky...the nails are also stark white which is not what I asked for. Also when he was filing my broken nail he was really rough unapologetically and managed to remove more nail from the nail bed because of this which was painful and careless. Furthermore, the way I was treated and spoken to in this salon really ruined my day. When I sat down on the seat the man asked me very rudely if I had put hand cream on today to which I responded yes and then he ordered me very rudely to go and wash my hands. It felt like I was in trouble and I was being told off. He cut my nails pretty violently and had an attitude throughout, he seemed pretty irritated for some reason since the minute I walked in. When I told them I wasn't happy with the color they spoke between themselves and a different language and sniggered and giggled. The only time they were nice to me/smiler when it came to time of payment. They charged me £30 (despite 8/10 nails being my own natural nails) and for their efforts I did pay in full but I will not be returning to Diva Nails again. Would highly recommend Nail Fairy. Once I post this review I expect a very nasty response. I don't mean to be rude however my experience here was poor and I do feel I need to be honest in this review. I always pay in full regardless because I do appreciate the effort and time however I will not be returning and I will be going somewhere else. I wish they had told me they simply did not have the colour I wanted.

   I wish I could give 0 stars… They use tips instead of building acrylic nails which is just a lazy and cheap thing to do… they also told me my nails would be £25 and in the middle of the process the guy just says it’s gonna be £37… He also filed my nails so hard that my finger started bleeding.. he didn’t seem to care and even kept pushing on my cut with his sharp nails. everything is dirty and unhygienic and the quality of the work is really poor.
