   They have put the ring design on my nails they are uneven and the tips are all different the first phone is the inspiration and the second is what I got they also still made me pay full price

   Disgusting customer service. Every time I've been to this place the technicians are super rude and rough with you, they practically push your hands away, they don't show their customers any respect. The job is never done well, so thick and chips really easily. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and will not go here anymore.

   Do not go here, just don’t. I’ve done a hand full of times and the job is always awful and the gel chips the next day. The technicians are extremely rude and humiliate their customers speaking to each other in their own language. I practically left crying from this salon and have seen them do it to other ladies if they don’t grasp what the client wants. They’re very rough with their customers also. Horrible place, don’t come here ladies!

   It’s good. I asked for a acrylics, a plain light pink nail and a simple marble white line pattern and I got what I wanted, pretty much. The only thing stopping me from giving it a 5 star review is the reason that they are more about quantity rather than quality. They don’t speak to you at all, but that’s fine for me, but sometimes they speak to the other techs, again fine. Thing is, they do the service very rough, the tech filed my nails very very rough and when he used the drill it was done very carelessly. So the finished result was okay, but don’t expect a detailed design. I wanted a thin white line on my nails, in fact multiple nails to make a marble pattern. It’s hard to explain to be fair but it’s quite a hard design. In the end, I paid £40 for overpriced rushes details, with the end product looking nothing like the photo, nothing like. The lines were rushed and in the process of doing my nails, one of the acrylics broke!! So if it breaks whilst im sat still, of course it’s going to break easy normally! He didn’t even change the nail, just glued it back together. It’s not the worst salon overall, but there isn’t much variety in Beverley, it’s hard to find anything better to be fair. I normally get my nails done at Kinda Pretty, 2 mins way from Nails x3. Its good but don’t recommend getting a fine design.

   My nails were done well but the technician was not friendly or gentle. Never spoke to me. Not once. Literally pushed my hand away each time to switch instead of speaking to me. You can be offering the best nail set as a nail tech but if your customer service is poor then that’s what sticks with the client.
