   I had my first physiotherapy session with Ali this week. Ali was thorough in his assessment and I felt listened to with regards to my symptoms and goals. Ali took the time to explain each part of the assessment process and his findings. His treatment plan was clear and it has been reassuring knowing that I can contact him between sessions with any concerns or queries.

   Rude, disorganised, still waiting for a refund after 2 years. They also send defamatory emails and lies about me to a 3rd party which I have forwarded to my solicitor. I had to provide the same forms 3 times as they kept losing them. Awful place, don’t waste your time. My insurance company have dealt with the nonsense and lies that you spouted as you were unable to provide adequate evidence. Evidence that I was able to provide thankfully as I am not disorganised. I’m still waiting for my refund from you Covid lockdown however. Deal with your records

   I would not use this business as the owner clearly cares more about making money (by any means) as opposed to demonstrating a caring compassionate demeanour - the opposite to others in his profession. The owner needs to recognise that potential customers and his business reputation is built on more than just those walking through the physical door!

   I have been working with LBhealthcare for many years to rehab patients pre and post op. Mansi, the lead physiotherapist is a highly trained physio who we have been working closely with and regularly see at educational events. The site is very well equipped and very clean through out. The hydro pool is a great extra which is beneficial for patients during their physio journey. I would recommend their services and expertise.

   I have my 18 month olds swimming lessons here. The pool is very warm (no need for wrap etc) and has rails which is ideal for teaching them to hold on. It also has an underwater viewing area. The only downside is the changing room get a little crowded.
