Usually go here all the time. I went today for BIAB infills and it was awful! The man who did my nails was so rude, one of my natural nails had snapped so I asked if I could get an acrylic put on it to match the length of my other nails, to which I got told no? He then went on to put very thick layers of builder gel on my nails, these were burning in the lamp. I then show them a picture of what nails I would like, (they were leopard print french tips) they showed me a colour for the tip which I said I didn’t really like, but they did not offer to show me any other colours and just asked again “do you like”, so I gave in and just said yes to get out quicker. To top it all off, I usually pay £28 for my BIAB infills, but today for some reason I was charged £35! This has never been the price for the whole time I have been going there. Will not be going back.

Workers are lovely and talkative, however, for £35 I found the quality of the nails quite poor. I used to get a full set of french tip acrylics ( in a different location) that’d last 3 weeks minimum for £25- £30. You’d receive a hand massage and bottle of cuticle oil when leaving, so going from that to this, my expectations have been brought down massively. I will attach pictures, but almost all of my nails are thick one side and thin on the other making them look lopsided. With the acrylic not being even, my nail already snapped after 4 days and all I did was swap hands holding a lunch bag. It snapped off effortlessly. I rang and was offered a refit for free, but i work during most of their opening times and when I tried to get it redone the shop was packed and I didn’t fancy waiting an hour or so for one nail, especially with it being 25° outside. Nothing against the people, but if I am paying money I trade my time for and the set lasts less than a week I’d like the quality to be better. It took me months to treat myself to this as I’ve been working so much and didn’t want them ruined so I’m pretty devastated this is the outcome. Probably won’t go again.

Not a very good place at all. The man who did my nails had no idea how to do them. Firstly they filed all the way down to the point I thought my mailbag was going to bleed. I had white put on and eveytime they went in the dryer the gel was running so instead of taking off and starting again he kept applying another coat which made my gel very thick and bumpy. Within 24 hours my nails cracked on one finger resulting in me gluing back with super glue. Another completely broke off and then within 48 hours the gel had started pealing off all of my nails. The shop is in appalling condition and the staff do not know how to present themselves let alone know what they are doing. A place I will not recommend to anyone.

Easy to book an appointment, but customer service is on short supply. Mature lady practically shouting on the phone for most of my appointment. No communication with nail technician… she just gestured as to what I had to do. Atmosphere lacking and left feeling as if I was a nuisance and inconvenience rather than a baked customer they wanted to come back. Needless to say I won’t be.

Had a pink shallac done, paint wasn’t taken all the way to the cuticle, no one spoke to me, felt uncomfortable really wasn’t friendly. Then at the end they informed me that I can’t pay on card ( they left it until I went to pay) then asked me to leave my phone while I went to the bank next door. NOT IMPRESSED WONT GO AGAIN

Absolutely awful, will never use this nail bar again. Beautiful Nails, I don't think so, shoddy service, shoddy job, one of the 3 technicians that did my nails, cut and manicured his own nails in my time . Absolutely appalled, burnt my fingers under the nail dryer, then told I wasn't putting my hand in correctly. This is the first and last time I will use this place and would strongly recommend not to use this place.

Couldn’t recommend enough! Tina gave me a manicure and pedicure, she was so chatty and the attention to detail was brilliant! I wasn’t nipped once, the gel was applied perfectly, and the massaging and scrub on the feet was beautiful! And all for a brilliant price. She was by far the best part of the service! I will be visiting again to see her
